毕业生 should arrive two hours before the scheduled start time of their college's 仪式. 毕业生 will check in at Hall B. There will be signs providing direction 在会场. 毕业生 will receive a name card at student check-in.

毕业生 and guests should park in the Blue Lot. NRG竞技场 charges $22 + tax parking 每辆车的收费. NRG is changing to a cashless system. 因此，信用卡 是必需的.

Items Not Permitted in the Venue

If a valid UHCL email address is available via the graduate's E-services 账户, the photographer will email participating graduates a link to the commencement photograph 证明. 

Friends and family who cannot attend the commencement 仪式 at NRG竞技场 can still participate in the special moment by joining through the UHCL live streaming video. To view the live stream, please visit this 网页 on the day of the 仪式.

UHCL offers custom graduation caps and gowns. 请与 UHCL校园商店 to order these items or for more information. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes since graduates are on their feet for extended 时间段. Please remember this celebration is a formal 仪式 and nice attire under the regalia is recommended.

Graduation announcements, diploma frames and packages are available at the online UHCL校园商店通过 Herff琼斯. The UHCL校园商店 will also be onsite at NRG Stadium the day of the 仪式.

文凭s are mailed 10 to 12 weeks after the official closing of the semester to the primary mailing address on file. The mailing address can be updated on your 电子商务 账户.

The name reflected on the diploma is based on the official name on file in E-services. Name changes can be completed by submitting the Personal Information Change Form.
